Message from the Managing Director – Mr. Muhammad
Just like our contemporary life, the real estate industry is constantly advancing. With advancement, things always become better but more complicated. Today, making an informed decision in real estate is very difficult unless you are exceptionally well-read on the economy and can accurately gauge the future of your investment, which is seldom the case.
At New Age, I ensure that our brokers understand the importance of their position and equip them with the most up-to-date tools and resources, enabling them to counsel clients favorably. I value one trait above all—honesty, which I expect from our brokers and clients alike. I firmly believe that without honesty, a business can never reach the pinnacle of success.
Tariq Saeed Khan (The founder)
After traveling all around the globe and experiencing diverse cultures, I finally decided to settle in Dubai. I moved here in the early 2000s when Dubai, as you see it today, didn’t exist—merely a desert. It was only after the discovery of crude oil in the 1950s that the UAE’s economy took off. Before, its economy centered around fishing and quickly fading pearl industry. With its surplus economy, UAE’s government started investing in its infrastructure and hasn’t stopped since. This juncture marked the start of the journey that led to Dubai becoming the Manhattan of the Middle East.
During the early 2000s, it was clear to both local and foreign investors that Dubai’s real estate trajectory would keep on heading toward the sky; it was becoming a dream destination for many around the world, tourists and businessmen alike. I too was enchanted by the city and its growth potential, which soon led to the inception of New Age Real Estate.
I built New Age with the sole purpose of providing our clients with a superior return on their investment and embarked on this journey with only two real estate brokers. With tremendous toil, my team and I took New Age to newer heights; the journey was difficult, but the fruit it bore was sweet. Mistakes were made, and lessons learned to achieve the success we have today, and I believe our journey has barely just begun.
